The estimated delivery time depends on the country. When shipping in the Netherlands before 5:00 pm, you will receive your order the next day! Orders in all other countries except the Netherlands, will be delivered within approximately 3 to 7 working days. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. All shipping prices include VAT.

Europe Zone 1: €7 (Free over €75)
Europe Zone 2: €12,50 (Free over €100)
Outside Europe: €23,30 (Free over €200)
We will grant you 14 days to judge if your purchase is satisfactory. Within this period, you can return the product. You can take a close look at the product just like you would do in a shop and test if it lives up to your expectations. If you have your doubts whether you can still change your product, then please contact us on info@quieroclothing.com.
We will accept returns for any reason, and issue a refund. Anything that has been purchased online can be returned. Within 14 days, orders may be returned and we will issue a refund. To send the item back please click on the link of the return portal and follow the steps. https://quiero.shipping-portal.com/rp/
- All products must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- All products must be unworn and unwashed.
- All products must have all original Quiero tags still attached.
- Shipping back to us is at the customers’ own cost.
- Save your tracking code link as proof of shipping.
Once we’ve received your return, you can expect to receive a refund within one week.
Unfortunately, we can not refund any taxes, duties, charges or shipping fees for returns. Refunds will be done in Euros at the price paid upon original purchase.
- Wash and iron inside out.
- Never iron on the print.
- Do not use detergent with bleach in it.
- Do not put in the dryer.
